Die Sonderedition Micil Heritage Poitin wird nach einem sehr wertgeschätzten Familienrezept hergestellt. Hier wird die traditionelle Methode der Poitinherstellung zelebriert, als Malz noch über Torffeuer getrocknet wurde. Jede Flasche wird sorgsam, in der Destillerie in Galway, produziert. Dafür wird, Connemara Bogbean (Fieberklee) und irische, getorfte und gemälzte Gerste, sowie Hafer verwendet.

Aroma: Torf, Vanille, Getreide

Geschmack: cremig, Torf, Malz, Sirup, würzige Noten

Nachklang: cremig mit Torf und Würze

Nase:  Holz, etwas Honig
