The special edition Micil Heritage Poitin is made according to a highly valued family recipe. It celebrates the traditional method of making Poitin, when malt was dried over peat fires. Each bottle is carefully produced in the distillery in Galway. Connemara Bogbean and Irish peated and malted barley and oats are used.
Aroma: peat, vanilla, grain
Taste: creamy, peat, malt, syrup, spicy notes
